SNS Childcare has announced the Metro Inner Development Assessment Panel granted planning approval today for a new childcare centre in Shelley, Western Australia.
The new SNS Childcare centre at 23 Tribute Street West shall be developed on a former medical clinic site, making way for an 85-place childcare centre directly opposite Shelley Primary School.
SNS Group shall develop, own, and operate the new Shelley childcare centre.
Designed by award-winning architect Vadim Boyko, this new childcare centre shall be an environmentally conscious building planned for positive early learning outcomes.
The new $3m centre will feature a 606 square metre outdoor play space and provide a ground-breaking science, technology, engineering and mathematics focused approach to early learning education.
SNS Group co-CEO Karl Depiazzi said “We continue to see a trend of increasing demand for well-located childcare centres. This development aligns with our strategy to deliver outstanding childcare services – providing excellent early learning outcomes for West Australian families and providing key infrastructure close to homes.”
SNS Childcare General Manager Maddi Kingi said “This is an exciting opportunity for SNS Childcare to deliver enhanced early learning experiences for families and children living in Shelley and the surrounding suburbs.”
