Maddi has been the General Manager of SNS Childcare since February 2024 and brings over 13 years of diverse experience in the education sector to her role, plus extensive knowledge of the EYLF and a strong passion for child-led learning. Maddi’s hands-on approach and expertise provide unparalleled support to families, children, and educators. She is dedicated to driving positive change in the early childhood sector, pioneering innovative educational approaches, and ensuring each child’s learning and development are nurtured, setting them on the path to future success. Maddi holds an Advanced Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (January 2016), a Certificate IV in Early Childhood Education and Care (March 2014), a Certificate IV in Assessment and Training (December 2020), and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (October 2022).
